Darryl L. Mobley is Catapult Leaders’ Founder & CEO. Darryl is a leading life & executive coach, with clients on 6 of the 7 continents. He has also helped hundreds of senior executives and early-career talent get great jobs and grow their careers. As a corporate executive, Darryl became so adept at hiring & developing early-career talent that young managers in other departments frequently requested to be transferred to work for him. Geoff Hunt

Geoff Hunt is Catapult Leaders’ Chief of Student Presentations. Geoff has founded three service sector companies and been Regional Director at Kaplan Test Prep in the course of his 33-year business career. Geoff serves as Instructor of Physics, Engineering and Innovation at Sacred Heart Cathedral High School in San Francisco, CA. He is also Co-Director of the Inquiry & Innovation Program, a STEM-oriented leadership training program. He holds a BS in Biophysics from UC, Berkeley and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.

D’Jaris Richardson

D’Jaris Richardson is Catapult Leaders’ Chief of Student Engagement and leads evaluation of Student-Candidates who excel in STEM. D’Jaris has worked as a Regulatory Leader in Supply Chain for Westinghouse Electric Company – Nuclear Power Plant Division. She holds her BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Law Degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.

Sheldon Dennis

Sheldon Dennis is Catapult Leaders’ Chief of Student Development. Sheldon is an expert in personal development, professional skill enhancement, and leadership. He is CEO of Polaris Commercial Financing Group. He launched his business career at Mobil and has had positions of increasing responsibility since then. Sheldon is a military veteran and holds a BS from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a Masters in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Susan Mobley

Susan Mobley is Catapult Leaders’ Senior Executive Search Partner and Chief Marketing Officer. She is a job-seeker’s best friend and is dedicated to the success of those she works with. Susan is a dynamic leader who has led brands to leadership positions in a variety of industries. Susan launched her career in sales at International Business Machines and later joined Procter & Gamble in brand management. A graduate of Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Susan earned her Master of Business Administration in marketing at Columbia University.
