Corporations repeatedly assert that they are unable to find & hire (for entry-level jobs) talented Black college graduates. This creates the never-ending cycle whereby there is never a critical mass of Black managers throughout their pipeline such that the organization develops meaningful numbers of Black senior managers.

Black college graduates tend to not have the built-in connections to the corporate world that facilitate being selected for entry-level manager positions in top companies that lead to successful, high-paying careers.

Recent events have shined a bright light on the massive failure of Corporate America to – after 40 years of lip service – successfully recruit, hire, develop, and advance meaningful numbers of Black college graduates.
