Hey company leaders! What are the numbers of talented Black professionals that you’ve recruited, interviewed, hired, developed, and promoted?

That’s it. That’s all that matters.

It’s been long enough. It’s not that you can’t find them. It’s not that they aren’t qualified. Stop blaming those who are harmed.

If – after all this time – your numbers of Black professionals in the pipeline are woefully low, perhaps you have conscious or unconscious racists among you.

Strong words? Perhaps.
