That’s it. That’s all that matters.
It’s been long enough. It’s not that you can’t find them. It’s not that they aren’t qualified. Stop blaming those who are harmed.
If – after all this time – your numbers of Black professionals in the pipeline are woefully low, perhaps you have conscious or unconscious racists among you.
